Finding a good contractor can be very hard. We had a really great experience with Amir. Not only did he stay on track with timing (which is unheard of in the construction world), but he is very responsive and a great communicator which in my experience is also very rare for a GC. He is fair and passionate and cares about his clients and projects. His work speaks for itself as you can see from all his projects. He follows your lead while providing professional recommendations and guidance where appropriate to ensure your home is the best it can be. We are so happy with our remodel, it looks fantastic, complete transformation and we would highly recommend Amir to anyone looking for a great GC.

We were in the midst of a construction nightmare. We were working with another contractor to add appx 400 sq ft of additional living space. The previous contractor was terrible, always demanding more money, always late. Eventually we had to fire them mid-job. We knew that finding another contractor to come in and finish the job wasn't going to be easy. We were introduced to Amir, and immediately saw the difference. Amir is a professional who cares about getting the job done right, on time and on budget. Most of all, he cares about his clients. I would wholeheartedly recommend Amir to anyone looking to build a house or add to or remodel their existing one. We now joke that we're going to have to go buy some land so that we can hire Amir to build us a new house!
